I would like to commend the staff at Box Hill Hospital Emergency Department. My mother was admitted due to an episode at her nursing home. The staff were extremely attentive and empathetic. Dr Aaron came to see us and explained my Mum's condition. As a palliative care doctor, he was very thorough in explaining Mum's condition and outcome. He explained in simple terms and was happy to answer any questions we had. He gave us all the time we needed. All in all the staff, especially Dr Aaron helped us through this difficult time with their care and compassion.

Thank you for sharing your experience at the Emergency Department, Box Hill Hospital on Patient Opinion.

It is wonderful to hear that our staff were able to provide the time, care and support at what must be a very emotional and stressful time for both you and your mother.

I will be sure to pass your feedback on to the Emergency Department staff and more specifically Dr Aaron.

Thank you again for taking the time to acknowledge the care provided by our staff and I do hope that your mother has settled back well into the supportive environment of her nursing home.
