I would like to thank and acknowledge the wonderful service I received from Natalie. Service and clarity of what I needed to do was outstanding. You always hear the bad news about service and people, rarely do you hear the good. Natalie did not make me feel inadequate but empowered me and let me know that I have support. Her communication with me made me feel valued and I did not feel guilty for the circumstances in my life that brought me to this service. If there were more people like Natalie in the world, it would be a much lovelier place.

Thank you for taking the time to acknowledge Natalie. It's wonderful to hear that you felt empowered and valued. We know that when people come into contact with our Housing services that they are often at their most vulnerable. Our job is to support people and help them regain control of their lives.
