(as a relative),

My wife and I were recently staying with friends.

All was well until the early hours of the morning when my wife woke me complaining of severe stomach pain, things got progressively worse resulting in my calling 000 asking for help.

The paramedics arrived calmed everyone down and administered pain relief to my wife.

They transferred my wife and I to the casualty department at Ipswich Hospital. Our treatment by the paramedics, doctors and nurses was first class. Because of them my wife is on the mend and in no more pain.

Thank you so much for your compassion, professionalism and care. You should all be so proud of yourselves for the wonderful service you provide. We are originally from the UK and their National Health Service is second rate compared to Qld health.

We are so glad to hear your wife is pain free and on the mend!

An unexpected trip to the ED can be very stressful, so we are delighted to hear staff provided you with compassionate, reassuring and professional care. Like you, we value our wonderful staff and are proud of their commitment to providing the best care possible to residents and visitors to West Moreton.

It is really satisfying when our hard work is acknowledged by patients and their families, so thank you for taking the time to share your story. We will make sure your feedback is shared with all ED staff, as well as the Queensland Ambulance Service.
