We just moved to a new suburb in Melbourne and I searched all the surrounding clinics to find a good skin check clinic for my husband. Eventually we went to this particular clinic.
The good thing was the receptionist was friendly and nice, but we were not happy with the way that the doctor treated my husband. Not the medical part of it, but the bedside manner.
The doctor was ordering my husband to, " take off your shirt, lie on the bed, turn over, lift your arm, face this way, face that way, etc ..." without adding a please or explaining what they were doing or finding in terms of mole checks.
The doctor was spraying cold liquid on my husband's moles without explaining or warning that this might be uncomfortable for him.
The doctor picked my husband's skin scale on his back with their bare fingernail, which caused bleeding and discomfort and this was done without exchanging any words!
All the doctors actions left my husband feeling like a cadaver and I am still upset with the way this doctor treated my husband!
