I went into the office at West Ryde and spoke with a staff member by the name of Natalie. Natalie is a good worker and explains policies very well. I have poor English and Natalie was very patient and helped me to understand the policies about housing. She is very kind and nice and I just wanted to thank West Ryde for having such good staff.

As Acting District Director, it is humbling to read stories like yours about the care and dedication of our Housing staff - whether at our West Ryde or Brookvale offices. A number of recent stories have detailed the kindness and support offered by Natalie to clients with complex needs, or who - like yourself - required some assistance to understand and access the services we offer. We are lucky to count her among our staff, and please be assured that your thanks will be conveyed to her directly.

We serve a part of Sydney that is home to people from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds. We believe passionately that everyone - regardless of where you come from or what language you speak - deserves to receive the same level of service. Staff work hard to ensure this occurs, and I'm pleased to hear that this has been your experience.
