Hi everyone,

I commenced my weekly Drug Arm counselling some weeks ago. I had been injured at work, and was falling back into bad habits due to the pain and my mental health issues. My counsellor, Janene, immediately made me feel very comfortable, and I was very open about my issues. She worked with me each week, and the progress was very noticeable. I cannot express how grateful I am to her, for helping me and for being so patient and caring. I feel very blessed to have met her, and it was an amazing and positive experience.

Thanks for you feedback that's good to hear you made such positive progress. I will certainly pass that on to Janene. When things happen out side our control, like injury at work, and life changes, its important to get someone positive along side with unconditional positive regard and give that much needed support. But hey, good on you too, for reaching out to get that support, that takes courage. Well done and thanks again for the feedback.
