I would like to say thank you for the care my mum received while on 2 North for 10 days before she recently passed away.

The ward and kitchen staff were absolutely fantastic.

Nothing was ever a problem when we asked.

They went above and beyond to look after Mum and make us feel comfortable before and after Mum passed.

Such caring, compassionate beautiful people who deserve credit when credit is due.

From the bottom of my heart Ward 2 North you rock.

There is not one fault I could find about Ward 2 North.

Thank you so much for sharing your story on Patient Opinion. I was pleased to read that your mum and your family received all the care and attention that you needed during what must have been a very difficult and sad time. Please accept my sincere condolences.

I will certainly pass on your feedback to the Nurse Unit Manager and team in Ward 2 North and I will also be sure to let the Maroondah management team know too,
