I would like to thank you TTH (The Townsville Hospital) for past and future professionalism, kindness and courteous manner at all times.

Everything was explained in layman terms. It gave me great reassurance knowing I was in good hands by all.

I have great respect for the doctor and all other staff.

You all have a nice day.

Thank you so much for providing our staff with your encouraging words. I am really pleased to read that you have always experienced professionalism, kindness and courteous manners at our hospital.

Our staff are committed to their roles and work really hard to deliver great care, so reading your feedback will provide a real boost because it tells us that we are doing well. Knowing that everything was explained to you and that you felt reassured in your care is particularly pleasing.
