The service at the south Melbourne centre is great. All receptionists are very welcoming and as an observer seem to handle the patients well. The GP service can run a bit late but when you are in your appointment Belinda is fantastic at explaining everything very clearly and in laymens terms, which helps! I don't feel like I am being rushed in and out which is such a refreshing change.
