Regarding the death of my mother.

Thank you to Kyrstie, Sabina, Deleela, Michelle, Emma, Marilyn, Lisa, Hannah & Haley of ward 2 North for taking such great care of Mum and us during a difficult time.

A special thanks to Kyrstie and Sabina - you will forever be in our heart.

Many thanks for sharing your story on Patient Opinion. We really do appreciate you taking the time to do this especially after what must have been a very difficult and sad time for you and your family. Please do accept my sincere condolences.

Feedback helps us recognise where we do things well and importantly, where we need to improve. Clearly, we were able to help you when you needed us most and that is indeed the focus of all of us who work in health care.
