"BYO........"

A good friend of mine had surgery on his shoulder at the Manning Base Hospital. I went there to visit him during visiting hours and whilst I was there he had a runny nose. I didn't have any tissues to give him (which is very unlike me). So I asked one of the nurses for a tissue to which she replied to me that they don't have tissues to give due to funding, but he can have some toilet paper. Yes, they do have a list on the wall behind the patient of what to bring, but you are not told prior to surgery of this list. What good is the list to the patient when they are not informed before hand! ! !
