I had to go to the West Ryde Housing office to submit some documentation. What great service – I didn’t have to wait and Natalie, who served me, was courteous, efficient and concerned for the welfare of all parties. If I was an employer, I would hire her in an instant.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. As Acting District Director, I’m really pleased to hear such positive feedback about our Housing Services staff and the quality of service that they provide our clients.

In particular, Nathalie’s hard work, dedication and courteous manner have already been commented on by several users of this site, and we are indeed lucky to count her as part of our team.
