I referred my baby to the dietitian at Geraldton Hospital for concerns about his bowels which I felt was impacting his sleeping and behaviour, despite being told by other health professionals that he was fine. I was offered an appointment quickly, seen by a very knowledgeable dietitian, made to feel like I wasn't going crazy and given great advice on feeding that made the world of difference. From practical advice on foods and formulas to try, to support when I was really emotional about stopping breastfeeding, I couldn't have asked for better care for us both. Thank you!
