"Just feel like they really cared"

About: Yarra Ranges Health

(as the patient),

I want to say a big thank you to the staff at Yarra Ranges Hospital and give them the recognition they deserve.

Genuine, kind, caring staff. They kept coming past me and checking if I needed anything and if I was ok and it felt like they really were concerned and cared.

I was very nervous going in, but the staff were all so friendly, I felt at ease. I even got a phone call from a nurse named Margaret, once I was home, checking if I was ok.

I have been to Yarra Ranges in the past, but this time was just wonderful.

It's great to read stories like yours and it really does reinforce what's important from a patient's perspective - staff who are genuine, kind and caring. No doubt your story will give them an extra spring in their step!
