I am happy to report that the care, discipline and friendliness of this team is worthy of recommendation.

I supported a man with a disability when he attended for an Endoscopy Procedure. The team responded with regard to this individual acting with care and professionalism at every point.

The Discharge Summary was prompt, detailed and presented with transparency.

Thanks to Margaret, Anne, Anita, Dr David and Dr Peter.

Many thanks for sharing your very positive story on Patient Opinion. I really do appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback and I will have great pleasure passing this onto the Day Procedure Unit - what great feedback too! I feel very proud to work with such wonderful people as we have in the DPU at Yarra Ranges Health and your feedback will no doubt give them an extra spring in their step today. I was also pleased to read our feedback on the Discharge Summary - excellent outcome indeed.

I will pass your feedback on to the Nurse Unit Manager (Susan Wilson) in DPU and ask her to make sure that she passes this on to those you have named too.
