(as the patient),

For the most part all the staff I saw were great - except when I haemorrhaged in my bed and was told to make it myself. The ladies that take blood are lovely but there is one who I think should not be in the job at all with a disgusting attitude. And another nurse on level one should not be working there as I feel this nurse has no compassion and left me in a blood soaked bed.

It is pleasing to hear that that your experience with the majority of our staff was positive as our staff are committed to their roles and work hard to deliver great care. However I am so very sorry and equally concerned to read about your experience with a small number of staff. This standard of care is not at all acceptable in any situation and is not reflective of the standards we strive to maintain.
