Many thanks for sharing your brief story on Patient Opinion - it's great to receive such positive and affirming feedback and it always give us a buzz in our otherwise very busy days to be reminded about what we are all all here for - the patients.

Coming into a hospital or day facility can indeed be an anxious or concerning time and so being able to allay any fear is indeed a great outcome.
