Very recently, my husband slice 2 of his fingers. On arrival at Geraldton Regional we were received promptly at A & E dept, and given prompt, professional and respectful treatment from all staff - from Head of Department, to nurse doing initial assessment, lady conducting patient service survey, Dr K, Dr S, a female trainee Dr, radiographer and PCA Andrew. All staff informed my husband of all intended treatment or procedures, pros and cons. They were professional in carrying out their duties yet were jovial enough to keep the situation as relaxed as possible under the circumstances. All relevant instructions about on-going care was given. We would be pleased to have our compliments passed onto the respective people concerned.

Thank you for your kind words. We really do value patient feedback as it enables us to reflect on what we do well and where we need to improve. Your positive experience is a great example of the work we do every day and I take great pride and delight in passing on your thanks and acknowledgement to our very committed frontline staff and their managers. Hearing that everything was explained to your husband and that he felt reassured in his care is particularly pleasing.
