"Staff at Yarra Ranges Health superb."

About: Yarra Ranges Health

(as the patient),

The staff at Yarra Ranges Health in Lilydale are superb. I was a bit nervous going into the hospital, since I'd already had a previous encounter with cancer a few years ago. Everyone, from the lady at the front desk to the nurse that walked me out after the procedure was very caring - and it seemed very sincere. The most comforting moment was just before the biopsy when I had a chat with the surgeon that was performing the biopsy. The words he said made me feel like it was just a precaution, no worries. Eliminating fear and anxiety before an operation is something that every hospital should focus on, and the staff at Lilydale are real pros and kind and respectful.

Dear Belvidere Ben

Many thanks for sharing your story and such positive feedback on your experience at Yarra Ranges Health. We are really proud of the services provided there and the staff certainly receive lots of very positive feedback from patients and families too. I will be sure to pass on your feedback to the staff and also share this with the management team.

I can see that you must have been going through a very anxious time and it's great to know that the staff put you at ease from the moment you walked through the front door - that's exactly how we want it to be.

We're also focused very much are ensuring that our staff are kind and courteous and so I am particularly pleased to read about that in your story.

Thanks again for taking the time to write and I do hope that you are on the road to a full recovery.

Kind regards, Alan Lilly.
