(as a relative),

My elderly mother had scheduled surgery at Box Hill Hospital to deal with incontinence related issues.

The surgical admissions staff including the clerks, nurses, surgeon and anaesthetist were all very reassuring and supportive.

The surgery went well but my mother was kept in Box Hill Hospital for several nights for observation and to help her recuperate. The ward nurses, the obs and gyn doctors, the occupational therapist and the ancillary staff were all very friendly to my mother, and looked after her extremely well.

All in all a worrying time for my family was made much easier by the committed staff at Box Hill Hospital.

I hope that your mother is continuing on her road to a full recovery and it's really nice to read that the extra time in hospital helped her recuperate, as well as noting your very kind comments on the committed staff. They will be chuffed to read your feedback no doubt.
