Everyone has been friendly. For the first time I felt comfortable and I looked forward to going to therapy. I have found talking to Diane reassuring and helpful. She has given me strategies and ideas that have helped me immensely with my anxiety and coping with situations. I have also found help in just chatting and as a result received new view points which have been beneficial in changing the way I cope with things. I have always been made to feel comfortable.
