"Wonderful staff for day surgery at Yarra Valley."

I had to go in for Day Surgery and I cannot express how wonderful all the staff were. From the moment you get checked in, every staff member you meet is brilliant. From the pregnant clerk who checks you in, to each of the nurses who attend, both before and after, Sean and Hannah, and I'm so sorry, another nurse who's name I cannot remember, to the surgeon, they were all so caring.

Sean told me he had been doing this for 24 years and yet he still seemed to care so much, he must just love his work. The surgeon answered all my questions, joked with me, and couldn't seem to do enough, saw me both before and after the surgery.

They just all are so brilliant, they actually make you feel like you're part of a gang with them. Whilst I was dressing, I was watching another person come out of surgery who didn't seem to be coming out very well, shaking, etc. Well a nurse just stood there with them, stoking their hair and talking to them. This doesn't seem to be a job to them, they just seem to care so much.

It was an absolutely lovely experience, apart from having to have the surgery of course, and I couldn't recommend them all highly enough. Just so lovely.
