"Great birth experience at Box Hill Hospital"

I delivered my first baby at Box Hill Hospital and was under the care of Vanessa and Bree in the MGP service. From the very start of the pregnancy the care at Box Hill was fantastic and I really felt like I had all the support I needed and was able to ask all the questions to set my mind at ease with this being my first pregnancy.

I found being able to meet Vanessa and get to know her before the birth was invaluable. Bree ended up delivering my baby but was fantastic and reassuring from the very start despite never having met me. I felt very comforted with the follow up care from Vanessa at my home. She is a very dedicated midwife who took such excellent care of myself and my baby. It didn't just feel like she was just there doing her job, it felt like she genuinely cared about our wellbeing and making sure we were ok since we'd got home.

A big thank you for making my first birth experience as comfortable as it could be! Will definitely be recommending the midwife services at Box Hill to all my friends having babies in the area.
