"Carnarvon Hospital high level of care"

I was recently referred to the outpatient, lumps and bumps clinic at the Carnarvon Hospital. There was some mix up with the letter nofifying me of the appointment but admin staff were really polite and call a couple of times to catch me to arrange the appointment. The doctor and staff were really efficient, the Dr (Mari) was fantastic at explaining the reason behind the planned procedure and risks. On the day of the procedure the administration staff were welcoming and efficient, the nursing staff were caring, friendly and professional. The doctor was careful, caring and professional. The preventative message that they provided was professional, they constantly checked in on my comfort, the outcomes of the procedure was good. To be able to come in to my local hospital and receive such a high level of care is so important to me and my family.
