"Highest praise for Cabrini Malvern Hospital staff that treated me."

About: Cabrini Hospital - Malvern

(as the patient),

I was recently visiting Victoria for a family holiday. I took ill suddenly and was admitted to Cabrini. Although it was a scary experience for my husband, myself and family as my speech was temporary affected, I have the highest praise for all the Cabrini staff that treated me from triage to ward and the X-ray departments.  They were caring considerate and patient as well as been highly skilled.

We were most impressed with the team work as with the communication and information and explanations we were given every step of my journey. The nursing staff I saw were dedicated and other ward staff attending me were kind and helpful and meals good.

I am now back home continuing care and I believe the initial quick care and support I had has helped enormously with my improvement.

With grateful thanks Cabrini I will be forever indebted to you.

Thank you for sharing my thanks with the teams I mentioned. I know medical staff receive a lot of criticism so I believe in encouragement and praise where it is due.

I have recovered well and the follow up doctors I have seen in Adelaide were grateful with the communication they received from your hospital.

So thank you. Forever Grateful.
