(as a parent/guardian),

My son spent 24 hours in the Childrens' Sunshine Ward at Ipswich Hospital and the nursing care he received was excellent. I particularly was impressed how everything was explained to both him and myself by the nurses. I also want to thank them for looking out for me as I had arrived a little unprepared for an overnight stay. I would especially like to thank Isabelle.

Thank you for your lovely feedback. It can be a really frightening experience to have child in a hospital, so we are delighted to hear that the staff provided your son with excellent care and ensured that you were all kept well informed. We know how hard it can be to suddenly find yourself staying unexpectedly overnight in a hospital so we are glad to hear that our staff looked after you as well.

Like you, we think that the staff on the Sunshine Ward are special, and we have total admiration for their commitment to providing the best care to our young patients and their families. We could not be more proud of them.

We will make sure that your feedback is shared with Isabelle and all the staff on the ward. Thank you again for taking the time to post your feedback.
