"Trouble with parking"

(as a relative),

I had misplaced my ticket and had to get another from the machine and whilst I was walking out helped a disabled person to their vehicle.  Then when I drove out and put the ticket in the machine it wouldn't work. I rang the security to be told that I cannot use it after 15 minutes after its been dispensed. I couldnt believe it this is just blatant thievery.

We are very grateful for your feedback as this helps us to identify where we need to make improvements. I am sorry to hear of your recent experience with the parking system at our hospital and sincerely apologise that you were disadvantaged for assisting someone else to get to their vehicle.

We have been actively working to improve the parking payment system recently, following a number of concerns raised by people attending our hospital. Your story highlights to us that there are more opportunities for improvement for us to consider.

I have discussed your story with the Director of Commercial Services and the Security Manager. They would very much like to discuss your experience with you, as this will assist them to review the specific aspects of the system that you had difficulty with.
