We attended the RCH emergency department with our child this year as we had found an inguinal hernia. We were seen by triage within a matter of minutes and then within 2 hours were being seen by a doctor. We couldn't be happier with the prompt care and concern the staff gave our precious baby and felt in very good hands.
Our child had surgery 3 weeks later under the wonderful care of Dr Joe and the fabulous theatre team at RCH whom we can't speak more highly of. The morning of the operation we were of course very tense and worried but with the lovely hard working theatre staff and reassurance of Dr Joe before our child went through for the op, we felt he couldn't be in better hands. Thank you also to Dr Joe's secretary who was so lovely to deal with when organising a date for appointments and the surgery date.
Our child made a speedy recovery and we can't thank all the staff whom we saw at the RCH for the commitment they have to their jobs and wonderful work they do.
