My sibling is suicidal, and yet we've not had any return calls from Headspace - or if we have they've been missed calls and unidentified caller. When I try to contact someone to organise care for my sibling, the website is confusing. When you are in distress it is difficult to wade through the site trying to find how to contact someone. We need to change my siblings health plan, but the GP won't do it because it seems they want us to go through Headspace, but then it's been a month or so since the meeting, and still no one has contacted us. We've tried to get counselling, but it is becoming unaffordable, meanwhile my sibling is attempting sucided. Do they have to end up in hospital, on the brink of death before someone will contact us. It is ridiculous how long it takes for someone to contact us so we can get a better health plan.

Both the speed of communication and the website need to change so for those of us in distress finding the informtion to get help, and then speaking to someone about it, becomes easier.
