"Compassionate, kind, efficient care in Box Hill Hospital ED"

My mother in law had a stroke and was taken to Box Hill Hospital ED. Immediately upon arrival Chris, the Nurse In Charge facilitated emergency management. He displayed great leadership under pressure and co ordinated a team response in a co ordinated and caring style. He initiated treatment and at all times remained focused in a hectic and stressful environment. He explained what was happening and provided the family with opportunities to ask questions. He was so kind and respectful.

My family will not forget how thoughtful, respectful and kind Chris and his team were to my mother as she progressed through the Emergency Department to palliative care.
