"A trip to emergency for my child."

My child and I presented to emergency. All of the people who attended to my child throughout the day were fantastic, but special mention must be made to Anthony. He dealt with us from start to finish. Brooke and Terri (nurses) were also fantastic, as were the other two doctors and nurse, but unfortunately I didn't get their names. It was a challenging day but Anthony, in particular, made me feel at ease throughout the whole process and also gave advance notice of how things may proceed so whenever the plan had to change, I was prepared for it. It was a fairly scary day as a parent but it's the first time I've come away from the emergency department with only praise for everyone who attended to my child. Thank you. I am extra grateful as it was obvious they were short staffed, short on beds and really very busy but we were consistently made to feel that we were the most important people there.
