"My wifes post stroke mental health plan"

My wife suffered a major stroke in mid last year. She has severe aphasia & became depressed over her disabilities. Her GP placed her on a mental health plan so she could see a psychologist in company with a speech pathologist. The speech pathologist has been fantastic. The psychologist to which we were referred was Artius. Despite ourselves and our speech pathologist making dozens of attempts to contact them, they have not returned calls or responded to emails. I can only assume we are not important as they receive more money with private clients. Meanwhile my wife suffers.
