"So happy with Box Hill Hospital Maternity"

(as the patient),

We could not have been happier with our birthing experience at Box Hill Hospital. We were part of the Midwifery Group Practice program. The midwife I saw was Vanessa, who was simply amazing! Going into labor a little earlier than expected, Vanessa was by my side through it all. She was extremely supportive, caring and made me feel safe and in control.

For my aftercare I had Nicola. Another amazing midwife. She was also so supportive and caring.

I feel so very lucky to have been looked after so well by two amazing midwives. Thank you so much Vanessa and Nicola ❤️

Many thanks for taking the time to provide your wonderful feedback regarding the care and support Vanessa and Nicola provided you. It is terrific that Vanessa was able to be with you even though your labor commenced early.

I am so proud of the Eastern Health midwives who work in this program and I will ensure Vanessa receives your lovely comments. It is through feedback such as yours that we can celebrate the great work our staff do each and every day.

I hope you are settling in well at home with your new babe, that all is progressing to plan and wish you all the best of health and happiness.
