"No security for female staff arriving or leaving the car park."

I would like to point out that there is no security in place for female doctors coming off shift late at night or early morning. The available car parks are often blocks away from the main hospital building and it is unsafe for doctors and nurses to walk alone to where their vehicles are parked.

Because the Blood Bank does not operate after hours, I would suggest that their parking be made available to doctors in Emergency for after hour shifts. This would be a safer option.

This problem should be dealt with before we have an unfortunate incident involving one of our valuable doctors and nurses.
