"Box Hill Hospital Endoscopy Suite"

My mother was recently admitted to the Endoscopy unit at Box Hill Hospital for a Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy. Needless to say Mum was extremely anxious about the procedure and also became very nauseous and stated vomiting after the prep, on the morning of the procedure. On arrival to the unit it was quickly noted how unwell Mum was feeling. Almost immediately Mum was taken to an area where she could lay down, a medication was given to help her stop vomiting and fluids were commenced to combat her dehydration and nausea. All this was done with care and professionalism.  Mum’s hospital stay was finished within a couple of hours, l was called to collect her and she was brought promptly to me. The care that was given to my Mother was greatly appreciated by her and myself.  Thank you to Tatiana, Lidia, Sharon and Andy and the rest of the team at Box Hill Endoscopy Unit.
