Went in and had a small operation. Had nothing but good experiences from all of the nurses and doctors. Everyone was kind, helpful, professional and kept me informed at all times.

Many thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback on Patient Opinion. I'm really pleased your surgery went well and you had such a positive experience (if you can call having surgery a positive experience!).

I will make sure the staff involved receive your positive comments as these make a real difference to their sense of satisfaction as well. We have many wonderful staff who go out of their way to provide courtesy and kindness, therefore supporting people during what can be stressful times.
