(as the patient),

I had to come in to have minor surgery.... all the staff were wonderful during and after the surgery. I cannot praise them highly enough, and I was amazed at the level of care and concern.

Thank you for making my first hospital visit a good and not nerve wracking experience!

Having any type of surgery is stressful. From your comments it is clear the staff were able to support you well. I will ensure the staff receives your feedback as they love to hear the great care, kindness and courtesy they provide each day makes such a difference.

I trust you are recovering post-surgery and you are resuming normal life again.
