"Can't seem to contact anyone to find out if I'm on a waiting list"

About: Box Hill Hospital / Colorectal surgery

(as the patient),

Had a stoma was told we can have test to see if it's ready for a reversal.  I sent the paper work in to go on waiting list, has been a few months and I haven’t heard a thing.  Have sent emails and made many calls only to get message bank and yet I haven’t heard anything.  Don't know what else to do. Am worried that I'm not on waiting list and have been forgotten.
