(as a volunteer/advocate),

I have found while working at Drug Arm, Warradale it has been very empowering for the client and motivational for the workers. At all times the person who attends sessions is encouraged to go at their own pace and remain focused on their personal goals. The workers do not direct the sessions on what they believe to be the best options. The client is continually able to express how they are feeling, what they are expecting or require from their time at Drug Arm. The workers compliment each other whilst proactively resulting in a varied, professional empathetic team.
