Thank you so very much to the Emergency and Short Stay nursing staff at the Angliss!  Your care for me while having heart issues was above and beyond! Always so caring and having a giggle at my stupid jokes while providing exceptional professional treatment!  You are all awesome!

Many thanks for taking the time for providing your feedback on Patient Opinion. Needing to attend an Emergency Department is never 'fun' and by the sounds of it, having heart issues would have been quite stressful.

I will make sure the nursing staff in the Emergency Department and Short Stay Unit at Angliss Hospital receive your feedback. Like me, they will be so proud of the impact they have had on you and your experience. We have been focusing on each patient interaction being a positive one and it is evident the staff have made sure this happened for you.
