"Fortunate to have such excellent care at Geraldton Regional Hosptial"

(as the patient),

I have been a patient at Geraldton Regional Hospital many times and my experiences have been very positive. Firstly, for extensive bowel cancer surgery with 5 days in Intensive Care with incredible nursing staff followed by 10 days in the wards. Again I could not fault the treatment I received from domestic & nursing staff.

When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, the same wonderful surgeon performed a mastectomy in the Geraldton Regional Hospital where again I received amazing treatment from fantastic nurses, many of whom I consider my friends today.

My husband, family and senior's friends also share my opinion that we are extremely fortunate to live in Geraldton and to have the excellent hospital staff at our hospital.

Thank you. I am enjoying good health with a few minor age related hiccups along the way which my GP sorts out for me.
