(as a parent/guardian),

I had amazing service at Eastern Health - Box Hill Hospital. My child had an accident at gymnastics training and landed on their neck. The staff were caring, supportive, diligent to their needs and professional. My child was made to feel as comfortable as possible while maintaining their dignity. At no point did they feel scared or exposed, which was their primary concern.

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide your feedback on Patient Opinion. I am so pleased your experience at the Box Hill Hospital Emergency Department was so positive.

This must have been a very stressful and concerning time for you and your child and I am so proud that our staff were so caring and supportive. As a parent myself, I can only imagine what it would have been like! I will ensure the staff of the Emergency Department receive your very positive feedback.

I trust your child is well on the road to recovery and looking to be back at gymnastics soon!
