HARP Care staff Els  & Teresa have been looking after my dad's case for almost 1 year now. During this time, my dad kept complementing on about how fantastic and caring they are and there was never a moment that I needed to worry. Els always kept me up to date with my dad's progress. She was extremely reliable & patient. HARP Care is very lucky to have such dedicated & caring staff. I would recommend these 2 fantastic ladies to anyone requiring health care and assistance. Thank you once again Els & Teresa, my parents miss you both very much.

Dear Eve

It's so lovely to hear that Els and Teresa have made such a difference to both you and your dad. Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback on Patient Opinion. Through doing this, we have further opportunities for staff to hear the effect they have on a person's experience both at times of ill health, but also on the road to being able to manage your own health.

I will make sure the staff and the HARP team hear of your feedback as well as it will make a real difference. At Eastern Health we have been focusing a lot more on courtesy and kindness and from reading your story, it is clear to me that both Els and Teresa have excelled at this.
