"My mental health journey"

I have been seeing Erin, my psychologist, for over 3 years now for my mental health after a work accident where my back was injured. I look forward to our sessions as I know that I can talk about what is going on in my life and always have the support I need. Erin is always there for me when I need to talk to someone, even for the small things. I attribute my mental heath progress due to the care, advice and support I recieve from Erin. I dont know what I would have done, or where I would have ended up if I had never met Erin and had the support I have needed. Erin is an amazing psychologist and I would recommend her to anyone who is in need of someone to talk to and needing support
