Thank you to Patti (volunteer in Emergency Department) who helped to brighten my elderly mother in ED when she was in extreme pain after a fall. She really went the extra mile, a real asset to the hospital care team.

Thank you so very much for taking the time to provide your feedback on Patient Opinion, and especially to acknowledge the incredible work Patti does each and every time she comes to the Box Hill Hospital Emergency Department.
