"Fantastic service at Three Springs Hospital"

My partner had an extremely sore foot so we finally decided to head to the hospital to get some answers. The nurse at the hospital was very welcoming and took a full history. She had a sound knowledge of everything she needed to do while displaying a wonderful sense of humour. She called the local doctor who came and checked my partner out. Unfortunately my partner was given the wrong antibiotics and when the nurse discovered this she immediately rang us and asked us to come back to the hospital. She checked out my partner for any reaction and then handed over new antibiotics. Later that evening the phone rang and it was the nurse checking on my partner before her shift finished.

What wonderful service - we couldn't have asked for anything more.

I was so pleased to read of the high quality care and attention you received from a member of our nursing team. This once again highlights the calibre of staff we have working in our service.
