"Emotional recovery after alcohol abuse"

I embraced binge drinking in my late teens and over the years, especially after one or two life setbacks, this morphed into long stretches of almost daily drinking and cannabis use. I have been abstinent for over three months and have realised that the work of emotional recovery has only just begun.

In the counsellors at drug arm I have found compassionate and non-judgemental assistance, which is focused entirely on rational ways forward. I'm very hopeful of some significant forward progress.
