"Great experience in day procedure centre"

About: Cabrini Hospital - Malvern

(as the patient),

Attended for a day procedure today and just wanted to say that the whole experience was efficient, friendly and competent throughout. As a health professional ( the staff were not aware if this ), I am highly conscious of pressures on staff providing care. Diligence of all staff to patient safety evidenced through

- ID and procedure - checking procedures including theatre

-and hand hygiene evident by all staff as well as

- thorough pre-admission and admission checks.

Thank you to the anaesthetist ( not mine) who took the time to stop and kindly offer to get me a newspaper when she saw me sitting waiting. True caring & compassion throughout. Well done day procedure team!
