(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

I wish to compliment all the staff at Parkhill Cottage Manly for the care and consideration they have for my husband, who suffers from vascular dementia. He attends twice weekly – someone is always at the door to welcome him around when he arrives and take care of him until he leaves. He also enjoys the outings he is taken on and usually can remember where he has been.

Thank you for your story. It is lovely to hear of the care, consideration and welcoming attitude shown to your husband and of his enjoyment of the outings at Parkhill Cottage. I am encouraged by your positive experience, as will be the staff when I share your story with them.
