"Massive thank you to Austin Hospital ED / SSU"

Just want to say a massive THANK-YOU to all the wonderful staff in the Austin Emergency Department (ED)/Short Stay Unit (SSU) for your excellent care from the minute I walked in the door to my discharge hours later. The lady at reception was so calm, the triage nurse so attentive, the admitting nurse (Luke) so efficient, as was the ENT registrar. The ED doctor was so pleasant and all the nurses in between did an amazing job too...right down to being so friendly, walking me like a puppy to SSU with my IV! Hannah (HMO) in SSU was a superstar and kept me very informed throughout my stay, Joanne (nurse) was lovely and made sure I was comfortable, the kitchen provided some sandwiches to tie me over which was very much appreciated and the pharmacist was so professional too. Feeling very lucky to have access to such a wonderful healthcare system. My sincerest thanks to each and every one of you, sorry for those whose names I did not catch!
